I had lasik eye surgery last Friday and the experience with the staff and doctor was amazing. Top notch customer service and knowledge. I give them 5 stars. If you are contemplating laser eye surgery Dr. Shammas and his staff are the best. I am so glad I decided to go with this office. The office manager Maha was amazing props to good office managers who know how to treat people right.
I get really bad anxiety attacks so during surgery I had a full blown anxiety attacking – the staff kept their cool and even offered to hold my hand and walk me through the steps of the procedure . The surgeon made me feel safe , you can sense that he knows exactly what he’s doing , his wall full of awards and degrees gives you an additional sense of security . Once I was done the kind woman at the front desk even walked me to my ride’s car . Thank you to all the staff at this Encino location.

Best decision ever!!!! At first im very anxious but the staffs and doctors are very helpful and educational. The more I learn about the procedure the more I become confident towards a life changing decision! Definitely worth it! I never had 20/20 vision in like forever! I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received here. I recently got my lasik surgery in Houston and lucky enough they have the LASIK center here where I can go back for my post-op check up. I made my appointment and they were be able to take me in 15 mins after arrival. The staffs were very nice. Highly recommended this office.
The people were friendly and reassuring, especially fo a chicken like me. I would have appreciated all the offices for the procedure, check ups etc to be in one place, but the experience overall was good
I chose this location for convenience and good reviews.. The doctors and staff have been very kind and helpful. They give you all of the information you need and there is much information to read! I just had the procedure and am healing. It is much more painful than i thought it would be and that has been somewhat distressing. Be sure you are covered with proper medication and plan to rest! You may have social media withdrawal, but you can do it.
11/14/18 Today was my first visit at Ontario Lacer eye center…So far….The girl at the front desk was very nice,helpful,gave me all the information,i wish i know her name,she is bilingual.. took me to the Dr….The Dr. Very nice,helpful as well…im very happy for today’s visit…My surgery is Schedule for December…I will keep you posted….Follow-up 1/10/19 had my surgery on 12/26/18…was the best decision taken…I am very happy!! I dont know why i waited so long …The Dr. And all the stuff are very professional. Love it!!!
I’ve been intrigued by Lasik for some time now. Just didn’t know how I was going to be able to do it. Well after some time and a free consultation I finally decided to get the procedure done. From the consultation on, I can assuredly say that I never had a worry in mind. The staff, the doctors and surgeon were very accommodating, very deliberate and answered any and all questions I had. Had my procedure this week. It was less than 10 minutes! Did my follow up appointment the next day and I could already see better than I have. (Like for real…better than 20/20) Definitely worth it. They’re going to take care off you
I came to get my eyes fixed and honestly I’m glad I did it. I can see clearly now! It is a bit of a distance from where I live but I only come once every other week to check up on my vision. The staff was very friendly and I got a new year discount which ended up being really cheap. They do not allow kids inside the office. If needed after your surgery they can get their shuttle driver to take you home.
5 stars all the way. Had my free consultation at the Pasadena office and everyone there was very helpful. Had my lasik eye surgery on December 27 at the Cerritos office. Everyone and I mean everyone there are so nice and they explain everything. I was very nervous and they all said you’re going to do great. I have tons of questions and they were very nice and answered everything. I have gone back 3 times since for check ups. My eyes are healing great. Would totally recommend lasik eye center. You just don’t trust anyone with your eyes . You need to go to someone with good ratings and someone you trust with you eyes. Thanks lasik team Cerritos
I had a good experience at Laser Eye Center and am happy with the results. The doctors and staff are nice, informative, and personable . I’m writing this review because I had gone in a year before my actual surgery for a consultation and I did schedule at that time however due to a medical condition I couldn’t go through with the original surgery date, the office managers response was unexpected. She indicated I can contact them again when I’m ready and they would honor my quoted price. A year later I contacted them and they did honor the previous years price I was originally quoted. I didn’t expect this response and am happy with the whole Laser Eye Center Experience. I can see clearly now!! 🙂
The entire process was smooth. PRK recovery was difficult but that was clearly explained. I got the contour vision prk and I’m seeing 20/20 now. Would recommend the surgery for anyone wanting to get rid of their glasses/contacts.
