Surgery at Los Angeles’ Laser Eye Center^™ is, simply put, the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I started wearing glasses when I was nine and never thought that I’d be free from those thick, heavy lenses. Well now, thanks to the Laser Eye Center^™, I can see the alarm clock when I wake up. Plus, I can see when I swim, water ski or go to a movie. My initial and follow-up All Laser LASIK treatments were second-to-none. Everyone at the Laser Eye Center^™ was patient, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. I liked them so much that my brother and sister went in and had the All Laser LASIK procedure done too!!!

I went to the Ontario office for my first consultation and it was great. Everyone was nice, respectful, patient, and understandable! I was happy with my surgery, I see way better. Before the surgery I had a very high prescription. Thick bottle glasses was what I wore, then switched to contacts. The prescription was so high I couldn’t use contacts so I decided for the surgery. Now I don’t spend $180 every 6 months. I would definitely recommend the surgery to family and friends, I have referred a guy from the military.

Yes I am very pleased with my surgery that took place in Encino. My first consultation was in the Newport Beach office and went great. All other visits and the procedure were in Encino. From waking up and being able to see the clock and read-out on my nightstand, to driving, watching television, even putting on make-up — being able to see clearly without wearing glasses is truly amazing! I had the procedure done on a Friday and went to the mall that weekend and bought a pair of non-prescription sunglasses. What a treat! Thanks again.

I am absolutely pleased with my surgery!! It took place in the Ontario office and was quick, well-explained, virtually painless (during surgery) and no pain except a headache after surgery due to my lack of coffee in the morning 🙂 So, no complaints. The optometrist, staff and of course my surgeon were courteous, thorough and, as I am happy to have found, excellent at what they do. My first consultation also took place in Ontario. I felt I had a thorough exam by the optometrist and the financial specialist, Hala was also very clear in her explanation of cost/options. The optometry technician remembered me the next exam time (surgery day) also, which helped me to not feel like just a number. The only change I would make is having a bathroom within your office, that would be appreciated. Other than that, no other changes. PS: I also went to Dr. V in Rancho Cucamonga for a consult and although I liked his office/staff and that I met the surgeon himself (and he performed the testing) the first day (very personal approach) I chose Laser Eye Center^™ because Dr. Shammas had performed double the surgeries and reported a lower redo rate (1-2% vs. Dr. V 4-5% and 20,000-25,000 surgeries). And I was willing to pay $100 more off promotional discounts for your experience 🙂 Thank you! I’m so pleased with my new vision and the ability to swim without prescription goggles.

I have worn glasses since I was nine and the older I got, the thicker they got! I do a lot of public appearances at my job and, I’m not going to lie, I was pretty self-conscious about wearing glasses in front of people. I would take them off when being introduced to people and put them back on when they were not looking. I would go to a Garth Brooks’ concert and not be able to see him. Or need to ask my friends to describe what Vince Gill was doing on stage! I have been to about 100 shows and couldn’t even tell the bass player from Shania Twain! Not any more though! Almost two years ago I made the “decision” to visit the Laser Eye Center^™ of Los Angeles. I was very nervous, but the wonderful staff calmed my fears while I had the vision correction surgery. Now, I can’t believe that I waited so long. There was no pain and very little recovery time. As soon as it was over, I knew that my life would change forever – and it did. I could see right away. The next morning, I played 18 holes of golf. I still can’t believe it!!!
